Region Funding Request

Each Region receives a $300 allocation at the beginning of the year to support regional engagement. This includes continuing education, professional networking opportunities, member recruitment events, leadership development, and other similar activities. Funding for receptions may only be requested when combined with one of the above activities. Alcohol may not be included in reimbursements.

If additional funding is needed, this form must be submitted to Central Office at least 45 days before the planned event, in accordance with the FPA's Policy and Procedure Manual. Regions are also encouraged to consider local fundraising or partnership opportunities to support their initiatives whenever possible. 

Regions must submit invoices and/or receipts to obtain reimbursement for approved
expenses within sixty (60) days of the expenditure unless at the end of the year in which
case they should be submitted by December 20th.
