Specifically, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational and Cognitive Interviewing techniques, and customize my approach to meet each client's needs, values, and goals. I specialize in helping adults and seniors work through anxiety, depression, worry, exhaustion, stress management, major life transition such as career change, burnout, grief, long-standing emotional patterns resulting from trauma, and relationship issues
