Presented by the Lower West Coast, Miami-Dade, Central and Palm Chapters of the Florida Psychological  Association along with the Diversity and Cultural Competency Committee

Learning Objectives

Participants will be able to:

1.  List and describe the 7 schemas in White Racial Identity theory.

2.  Apply knowledge or racial identity theory and assess the racial identity schemas of self and clients.

3.  Integrate Helm's Racial Identity theory and social interaction model and be able to discuss 3 possible implications for clinical work.

Approved for 1.5 hrs of general continuing education credits
