10th Annual Grief Summit - The Neurobiology of Grief & Trauma 2.0

Learning Objectives

Participants will be able to:

(1) Define the pathways that the brain changes after grief and trauma, including how to help heal the brain or bring back towards baseline through services provided.

(2) Identify at least two differences between support, therapy and coping skills neurobiologically.

(3) Determine at least two ways that communal and vicarious trauma affects survivors of school shootings.

(4) Apply learned skills to incorporate a neurobiological approach to services provided.

Approved for 6 hours of general continuing education credits.  

Fees: $35 Early Bird then $45 After April 1, 2020

Refund Policy:  A full refund will be provided if requested by May 1st 2020.  A credit towards a future training will be provided if after that date.
