1.  Discuss root causes and "new mindset" associated with increased used of psychopharmacologic medications

2.  Create cursory strategies which may lead to error reduction and prevention

3.  Analyze the most common psychopharmacologic mistakes which may lead to medical mistakes and better understand how to monitor them for patient safety
