Promoting Career Development Among Culturally Diverse Adults

Learning Objectives

Participants will be able to:

(1) Define the core tenants of Social Cognitive Career Theory in relation to adult populations.

(2) Apply the core tenants of Social Cognitive Career Theory with two specific techniques for adult populations.

(3) Consider intersectionality and multicultural factors in applying two specific techniques for adult populations.

Approved for 2 hours of general continuing education credits
