Learning Objectives

Participant will be able to:

(1)  Identify potential conflicted divorce situations in their patients

(2)  Use the law, ethics and rules that govern what can and can not be done

(3)  Respond to inquiries, requests and rules pertaining to the production of information regarding their patients.

(4)  Recognize and understand what happens if they do respond inappropriately 


Approved for 2 hours of professional ethics and Florida laws and rules


Fees:  Free for FPA members; $50 Non-FPA Members
