Sports Psychology:  How Psychologists Work with Athletes, Coaches and Parents - Capital Chapter

 

Learning Objectives

Participant will be able to:

(1) list how the characteristics of elite professional athletes intersect with Sports Psychology.

(2) describe the factors associated with being an effective sports psychologist with elite athletes, teams, coaches and parents.    

(3) identify a range of psychological interventions used to increase the probability of success by Olympic, professional, and nationally ranked junior, athletes.

 

Approved for 2 hours of general continuing education credits
