Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT):  How to Weave Elements into Treatment Plans - Capital Chapter

Learning Objectives

Participant will be able to:

(1)   Utilize DBT theory, modalities, and techniques in your clinical practice

(2)   Teach basic DBT Skills in the areas of Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness.

(3)  Assess and manage self-injurious and suicidal behaviors systematically

Approved for 6 hours of general continuing education credits

Fees:  Free for FPA Members; $120 Non-FPA Members; $20 Non-Member Students
