Delay in Payment Processing - Medicare
We have received numerous complaints about the delay in payment processing from Medicare through First Coast Service Options. It seems the problem is further exacerbated by those changing their addresses. I have been in touch with Ms. Lane Mahood, a caseworker in Senator Mel Martinez's Office. She has investigated other claims of terrible delay and is well aware of our plight. If you have experienced untimely delays in receiving reimbursement, please click on this link. This is the link to the Senator's Privacy Consent Form. You may fill it out, print it, then fax it to them. By doing this, they can follow up with your specific issue. We will continue to work on this and will keep you informed if we are able to make a difference.
