Learning Objectives

Participants will be able to:

1.  Recognize and address the concerns and fears of a client facing divorce during an initial consultation with a mental health professional.

2.  Respond with empathy and information to the concerns and fears of a client facing divorce during an initial consultation with a mental health professional.

3.  Compare and contrast the differences between a collaborative divorce process and a traditional, litigated divorce process.

Approved for 1 hour of general continuing education credit.
